Bio
Arden Rose, born to a young couple with roots from France and Finland, was raised in a nurturing and creative environment that instilled a deep appreciation for the natural world. Nature became an integral part of her upbringing, as she spent her childhood hiking, swimming, skating on pristine lakes, and skiing, often left to essentially run wild outdoors.
After completing her Masters Degree in Business Administration and a successful career in the technology sector, Rose decided to follow her true passion and dedicated herself to her art practice. Today, she calls Victoria, BC, Canada, her home, where she finds endless inspiration in the stunning natural landscapes that surround her.
Arden Rose's current artistic focus is on exploring the profound connection between humanity and the environment, emphasizing the idea that we are never truly isolated from the natural world. She believes that we are, in essence, an intricate mirror of the natural world, constantly reflecting and refracting one another's essence. Through her art, she hopes to serve as a visual ode to the undeniable truth that we are all undeniably connected.
Rose currently shows her work at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria in their Art Rental and Sales, and at The Tofino Gallery of Contemporary Art.
